Suggest Treatment For The Nerve Damage From S1 To L5

Nerve Root damage at S1 to L5 bladder control problems.
I had lumbar fusion from S1 to L2 i August 2010. I was dropped on my back three days after surgery at a nursing home. I have not recovered and have been diagnosed with nerve root damage at S1 to L5. I am having increasing bladder incontinence for several months and have called my ortho surgeon who has not gotten back to me. I am no longer able to get to the toilet without losing bladder control. I have had five spinal surgeries in the last 3 years and do not want to have another. I also had a bladder lift surgery with a sling in Dec 2009. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Robin
