Suggest Treatment For Terrible Back Pain

I know, back pain comes with pregnancy, but since I was around 20 weeks pregnant every time after I have sex I get a terrible pain in my lower back, always on my right side, that shoots down to my calf. It's not relieved by position and it has nothing to do with orgasms. It is just straight up painful. I am 29 weeks now. do other people have this? Is it a pregnancy symptom? will it go away after the baby is born? can i do anything to relieve the pain?

Hallow Dear,

In second half of the pregnancy, the posture changes. There is extension in the waist. Moreover, during pregnancy there are chances of calcium and iron deficiency. All these things together will give you low back ache after sex during this phase.

Please start calcium and iron tablets if you are not taking. Drink at least 250 ml of milk twice a day.

Intercourse in side positions will not cause such pain. Please avoid too vigorous movements during sex.

I hope this helps you.
