Suggest Treatment For Termination Of Pregnancy

Hello, my classmate is only 23 years old, she is in her second year of school, unmarried and believes that that she is two weeks pregnant. She lives in Jakarta Indonesia where there are laws against termination. What can you recommend as a pregnancy termination strategy?

Let me know you on basis of just believing pregnancy termination should not started ....

First confirm pregnancy and determine exact date by .....
-USG and
-serum HCG estimation

If pregnancy there best method for abortion is mifepristone plus misoprostol combination therapy. ..
Usually 600 mg mifepristone given followed by misoprostol intravaginally ....
If needed repeat misoprostol ...

The bleeding and cram will be there suggesting starting of abortion...

But as a doctor I suggest you not try at home ....Medical termination done under doctor observation...

MVA also good one if pregnancy less than seven week.....

After two week of abortion USG done to confirm termination...
