Hello,
The serum beta-hCG titres are non-significant and do not suggest pregnancy. If you have missed a single pill and made it up on the next day, there should not be any problem. Yet, I would ask for a repeat estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres after a couple of days to see if the levels are rising. Rising titres are positive evidence of pregnancy. If this is seen, a trans-vaginal sonogram should be done to look for the position of the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy. Please see a specialist for further help. Take care.
