Suggest Treatment For Tender Painful Lump On The Labia Majora
Hi, lately I ve noticed a tender/painful area on the right inside of my labia. I Looked at it today. It s only on the right side, it s large and connected in the center(not the actual labia) it s kinda itchy, irritating when I wash down there or cross my legs. Ive had a cyst before and this is nothing like that. No discharge or odor is present. I showed my husband and he says it s definitely new. What could it be?
Itchy, irritating painful lumps on the labia majora are commonly due to vaginal cysts, varicosities, genital warts, cancers or other STI. Vaginal cysts may become infected with bacteria found in the skin or by STI.
Visit ER, get physically examined & get all STD screening tests done so that you are treated at the earliest. Get your partner checked as well. Avoid sex for a couple of days, avoid douching & use of latex (condoms) to avoid further allergy.
