Suggest Treatment For Swollen Painful Foot With Normal X Ray

On the 20th of November I fell in the street. It seems looking at where the scar is that i ended up falling onto the top of my foot. The following day I visited my local hospital who xrayed my foot and said that there were no broken bones and strapped it with a bandage. I kept this bandage on for a week but my foot was extremly swollen and decided to visited a local walkin centre where I work. My foot was re xrayed and the decision was that I may have fractured the Navicular or there was arthritus in the foot and so did not cast it. It is now been nearly 7 weeks and my foor is worse than ever .....swollen, keeps bruising and very painful to walk on ....Can u help in any way
