Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes

Hi doctor, I am 26 years of age.i had tonsillectomy 12 days before.i am feeling some swollen lymph nodes when I rub with my hand.i had no swollen lymph nodes in goin and armpit region.i Googled it an seen many forums that it was lymphoma.i am little bit worried about it.... please sir anyone tell me what is happening in my neck

it looks more of a reactive lymphadenitis (reactionary swelling in Lymph nodes ) post tonsillectomy since its an isolated swelling .. you need not worry it may subside in few weeks.. lymphoma is highly unlikely and usually occurs as generalised swelling of lymph nodes in the body.
