Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck

Hi, so i have never had sexual intercourse so this could not be herpes, but i had swollen lymph nodes in my neck area and i was sick, and then the day after i developed very painful black scab like things inside my vagina. There are only 2, but they are very painful.

Hi there.

It could be infection in the teeth gums or throat. Take antibiotic. Get an ultrasound of the lymph nodes and biopsy.
