Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck

I was told when I was 27, after the birth of my son, an enlarged lymph node neck. Good news not cancer but may be sarcoidosis. When I ask the doctors they say little known. Is there treatment, meds, therapy to cure or treat. My eyes are problematic. Was near blind and Opt said it worse I ritual he had seen. I have drops and each 3 Mos. Get injection orbital Kenai of. Is there more info or test, treatment? Thank you.

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.

Noted your history of a lymph node in the neck that has been told your Doctor to be most probably a sarcoidosis and not a cancer. The treatment of sarcidosis is obviously oral steroid in tapering dosages as the definite cause is not known.
Such pictures can be found in some cases with tuberculosis, hence I would advise you to get thoroughly investigated.
The best way is to go for excision so that the disease is thrown out of the body.
And secondly, you get the confirmatory diagnosis by subjecting the specimen for histopathology.

For the eye problem, you have to continue your treatment as per the clinical evaluation of your Ophthalmologist.
