Hello,

The following are causes of swollen feet:
1) Prolonged sitting or standing
2) Chronic kidney disease
3) Right heart failure
4) Liver failure
5) Trauma to the feet
6) Diabetic foot
7) Deep vein thrombosis

I advise complete blood picture, kidney function tests including serum creatinine, ECG, 2D echo to rule out any heart disease and liver function tests.

Following are few tips to prevent or reduce the swelling of feet:
1) Elevation of both feet
