Suggest Treatment For Swollen Breast And Pimple Near Nipple
I thought there was a pimple near my nipple, so I pushed on it and a whole lot of white gel-like substance came spiraling out if it, but just found out it is actually a gland which is not supposed to be messed with. I notice now that area of my breast is now slightly deflated and the skin looks a bit saggy in that spot now. My question is if that substance will regenerate and fill that space back up or if I permanently damaged my breast. Please help, stressing out. Thank you.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You seemed to have ruptured a folliculitis or an enlarged sebaceous gland.
This will heal with time and gradually the breast tissue will regenerate, and the overlying skin will rejuvenate. There is nothing to worry as the breast will become normal in few weeks.
