Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Tonsils

I ve been crying for the past two days straight. But I noticed today my tonsils were really sore. I tried to take a picture of them to see if there was any swelling but unfortunately I couldn t see very clearly. They hurt when I swallow or talk, and I have a cough but I think it s because of my tonsils. My throat is very dry and I have to keep coughing
