Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Nose And Pressure In The Head
i have swelling in my nose & feel kinda weird from time to time. Kinda like I m gonna faint. Had surgery on my nose in February for a konka bulosa. I m on blood pressure meds now. Had 1 of the worse dizzy bouts this morning. But I took a baby aspirin, vit d, fish pill, blood pressure pill & 4 ibuprofen within an hour. Usely when my nose starts swelling & when I get pressure in my head is when it s the worse

As per your query you have swelling in the nose and pressure in the head and you are on blood pressure medications . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are either due to sinusitis or side effects of blood pressure medication . I would suggest you to take steam several times a day and apply warm compresses to nose and face . Consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) , along with decongestant and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist if he/she find probelm to be related with side effect of blood pressure medicine . Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe substitute .
