Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Knee

I have arithritis in left knee very swollen also upper left is swelling to .also arithritis arm swelling.do you think this is due to congestive heart failure. I have had no problems with my heart. they say numbers says I do. I am 70 years old

Dear if it would be a heart failure it had caused swelling in ankles,and abdomen too.
It could be arthritis for this I would suggest tab.naproxen two times and physiotherapy and loose some weight.It surely will help.
