I recently had an MRI of my left hip-- its swollen and painful to the touch - came back worn out cartledge, & tear. Today my lower back and entire body is feeling chilly -- I feel flu like - is this something I should be concerned about -- what can I do to subside the pain -- leaving for 10-days vacation tomorrow!
