Hi... I am Stephen, 20 years old,a newly registered nurse from the Philippines... I just want to ask you Sir/Ma'am, regarding my condition, ... almost 80% of my daily hours, whether I'm relaxed or stressed, I experience having my hands and feet sweaty. At certain times, I feel them cold and wet, which makes me very uncomfortable. In addition, they are shaky as well. I have been used to this condition since it doesn't affect my ADLs as well as my studies and hospital duties in the past, neither did i feel alarmed or concerned because I have learned to deal with it. However, nowadays, it has turned to something that really disturbs me, and affects my self esteem. I believe I have increasing anxiety due to the fact that I will be entering certain trainings in the hospital specifically IVT, which requires good dextertity.
Could you please provide some information regarding my condtion, as well as treatment modalities that can cure or at least help me manage it...
