Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are going through a very difficult time. Suicidal thoughts can be due to intolerable stress, depression or other psychological problems.
However, you needs a detailed evaluation to arrive at a definitive diagnosis and initiate appropriate treatment. Since you appear to be quite distressed by these thoughts, I would advise you to seek help urgently. Please share your feeling with someone close and I would also advise you to consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further treatment. Effective treatment is available in the form of medication or counselling.
Wish you all the best.
Regards, Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar Consultant Psychiatrist
