Suggest Treatment For Subscapular Muscle
I have been having what feels like a pulled right subscapular muscle for about two months now and is more recently accompanyed by what feels like middle back muscle pain which radiates laterally across. My laymans research tells me it might a pinched subscapular or C5, C6, C7 nerve. I m a 53 year old otherwise healthy male and run daily and average of four miles which might be aggravating this issue. What gives?

The pulled muscle may take time to heal if not rested properly. Get an MRI scan done to rule out any spondylottic changes. Taking oral muscle relaxants will help.
