Suggest Treatment For Stuffy Nose, Light Sensitivity And Tiredness

HI Doctor, ive had flu like symptoms for the past week, very stuffy nose and a general feeling of tiredness. my eyes have now become very sensitive to light, especially at the end of the day when they become more tired. I have not had a huge fever or sore throat. Im desperate to start feeling like myself again. I haven t taken any medication apart from Sudofed. Any ideas what I can do to help my eyes also/ Thanks, brad.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be sinuses infection or rhinitis and an otolaryngologist review should be sought. Eye signs can be due to weakness due to systemic infection but local eye examination and visual acuity may be needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
