SIR , This is Navee age:23, Sir, I am feeling very stress,tension,loneliness and also so nervous and tired after sleeping also. and feeling very fear also what is going to happens in my life. and my brain feels very tight i mean very stressful due to i am fail to set correct career goals in my life and fail to concentrate on anything.so please give me any suggestion for my problem.
