Blood is sometimes fresh and sometimes dark with bits of tissues. Then you become weak and diaphoretic. There is feeling of vomiting and being passed out. This is a serious condition and you have not mentioned about any medication, investigations or consultations. This looks to be severe ulcerative colitis. I would advise you the following: First of all get admitted to a hospital. Correction of dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, anemia, hypo-proteinemia. Investigations: Stool examination for three days. Tests of blood for all the functions like thyroid, liver, kidney, pancreas and diabetes and so on . CT scan of the abdomen. Start appropriate medication as per the suspected diagnosis and colonoscopy once it is felt to be safe Colonoscopy is avoided in acute stage for fear of perforation. Once the diagnosis is final, a proper treatment instituted, remain in the hospital till you are well under control , regained all the deficiencies and follow a strict diet and medications schedules as will be charted for you.
