Suggest Treatment For Spots On Body And Armpits Of A Child

My granddaughter, 21 mos., has spots along the front of her body. Worse around the arm pits and diaper line. she is starting to itch and we have tried benadryl but appears to be getting worse (itching). We can t remember anything different to cause this. Any advice. I almost thought it could be chicken pox but it isn t little red bumps. It almost looks like alot of bug bites.

it appeaser to be allergic dermatitis associated with fungal infection.maintain cleanliness and hygiene. apply caladryl lotion and sprinkle candid powder. it will slowly improve. if not then apply candid ointment.
