Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis

I have been diagnosed in the past few months as having spinal stenosis of the lower back and issues with L4/L5. I am now starting to experience some tingling on the top of my right foot at times. More in the morning or after sitting. No pain, just a tingling sensation when I arch my foot inward. Could this be related to my stenosis?

Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are not typical of spinal canal stenosis. Instead, they could indicate a possible pinched nerve or tarsal tunnel syndrome.
For this reason, I would recommend performing a nerve conduction study to examine the nerves of your lower limbs.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above test.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Best wishes, Dr. Aida
