Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat With Jaw, Tooth And Ear Pain

From last 6 months i am suffering from sore throat, jaw , tooth & ear pains on left side only. also there is increase of folliate pappilie on both side of tongue. I have impacted wisdom tooth on left side but it is not infected. My endoscopy reports are normal. Also sonography reports shows reactive lympnodes in neck. My wbc count is 13700 & nuetrophlis are 76%. Despite of any antiboitics the pains are not going. Is that due to hiv??

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query history of having pain in jaw, tooth, sore throat and ear pains with a history of having impacted wisdom tooth clearly indicates that the pain is due to inflammation in the gum flap around the wisdom tooth known as Pericoronitis and is caused due to infection caused by food lodgement between the gum flap and tooth..
It is not due to HIV nad you need not to worry about it..
Reactionary lymphnodes also indicates infection..

Neutrophil normal range is 40 to 60 percent , wbc count should be in a range of 4000-11000 and increase in count of both as in your case also seems to be due to infection and inflammation.
You should consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated along with an x ray of wisdom tooth and the best treatment for attaining permanent relief..

As of now take antibiotics like Augmentin, painkiller like Advil or Aleve and do warm saline gargles.

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
