Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Consult a pulmonologist for detail examination of lung fields. For asthma, bronchodilater is to be given like bronchodyl. It appears to be viral flu. Control fever with tablet crocin and if it is not controlled, then cold water sponging can be done and temperature monitoring can also be done.

Maintain hydration for sore throat with warm saline gargling and give ezythrocin since it is viral and it is self limiting, so wait he will improve. Give him rest and vic500mg.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
