What Causes Sore Throat, Fever, Body Aches, Headaches, Diarrhea And Loss Of Appetite?

I have had a nagging sore throat with mild fever, aching body, headaches, some diarrhea, loss of appetite, fatigue though plenty of rest, back pain, and high stress both at work and in personal life. What can I do to treat my symptoms? Had chest x rays at Kaiser for back pain = Neg. Help?
