Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Penis Head

I have had red dry marks toward the tip of my penis. They just look dry, pain, mild flaking. I know it not an std cause my girlfriend has been checked. There is no discharge. I look it up and it says yeast or psoriasis. Iv uses psoriasis cream but I feel like it almost makes it worse than if I just let it be. I'm and athlete and sweat a lot. What can I do to make it go away without going into an appointment.

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. Why your partner had STD check up done? Share picture for confirmation.

If it is not STI for sure, it can be due to bacterial / fungal infection. Local application of antibiotics / antifungal can help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S. R. Raveendran, Sexologist
