Hi, what could be the cause of a penis with so many spots such that it looks like it has skin of different colours. the lower part is dart while the upper part seems like it have a very thin skin such that one can see some red things that looks like blood vessels?

Hi,
If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. It can be due to decreased blood supply. Doing a Doppler penis can help confirm it. If it is not vessel related, it can be due to bacterial / fungal infection. Local application of antibiotics / anti-fungal can help you.
