Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Labia Majora

am 18 yrs old and 2 months ago i decided to look at my labia minora. near the vaginal opening on the bottom, i have like a stand of bumps. they are the same color as the rest of the labia minora. they look similar to swollen taste buds that are kind of spread out. both sides of the labia seem to have it, but way more so on the right side. i am worried they might be WARTS, although they do not look like the ones i see online. does it go away on its own after awhile??

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to bartholinitis or boils. A local examination by gynecologist will be helpful in ruling out the condition. Swab should be done to rule out infection also. Fungal infection also give such picture. Applying betadine ointment locally will be helpful. If there is no improvement then oral antibiotic therapy will be needed.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
