Suggest treatment for sleeplessness

Im having trouble sleeping, See I TRY to go to sleep at 11 and I dont have a 'schedule' seeing as im not in school or working so I can sleep any time, but I have always had an issue with falling asleep. I know it isn't insomnia, seeing as with Insomnia you can sleep 4 hours and be okay, but I have to sleep at the most 12 hours to be awake for another 12 hours. I have heard from MENY therapists that say its depression, but I'm not depressed, although I do have a history of mental health issues, not sleeping is one of them. I just cant fall asleep, I have tried EVERYTHING from staying up for days until I fall asleep naturally or taking so meny different sleeping pills, so I need to know what I can do to get help for sleeping for do it myself.

Please exercise rigorously for two hours daily, engage in physical entertaining activities and hobbies, keep yourself entertained throughout the day. automatically you fall asleep. After some days, after this became a habit, you can reduce your strenuous schedule. Try this and come back.
