How To Treat Haitus Hernia With Breathing Problem,appetite Loss And Insomania?

I had haitus hernia since 2 years.breathing problem,stomach full wit little food,no hungry, sleeplessness, tention .at 2005 I took anty tb treatment m.d.r treatment since heavy acidity constipation present normal. so much discomfort, stomu enter to chest. Allopathic medicine like omprezol pantopsol taken no result.age 28 no marriage.

I really appreciate your concern, if I would be your doctor then I would suggest the following, line of treatment, you have to keep anti TB medicine as it is, for the hernia (Hiatus) this is chronic condition and now this has to be repaired surgically, now for your other problems,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for six week
2) Tab Domeperidone one tab three times in day for three weeks
I advise you to take the anti TB medicine regularly now, because this would be last regime you might be taking if resistance develops in this too then the condition would be worse, take great care of your self, have nice day.
