General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
All these symptoms combined called the fever, due to some infection may be the viral infection, or bacterial infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis of the disease, whether typhoid, malaria, viral fever etc.you may need to have the blood tests run for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ranitidine, domperidone, and paracetamol, and if necessary infusion of fluids.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
