Suggest Treatment For Sleep Disorder

Hello dr. I m laxman, suffering from sleeping disorder from the last three days,l couldn t slept a minute from last three days.l don t have any Stress and I am not thinking about anything.will you please suggest me what should I do now.I went to Dr today but they didn t give me any pill.thanks

As per your complain you have sleep problem that can treated by following modifications like...

Fix a time of sleeping and wake up time.
Avoid tea and coffee at night time.

Avoid more use of tv and mobile at night time.
Take a warm milk at night.

Avoid fatty foods and junk foods at night time.
Take warm water shower.

Don't depend on sleeping pills.
Do some relaxation excercise like yoga and meditation is helpful to you..

Consult a psychiatrist for further treatment.
