Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis

Hi I have sinusitis and it is affecting my right side of my face.. teeth are very sore, pressure in my temple and head I was prescribed clarithromycin and have taken 3 doses and still not feeling any relief. How long does it take for the medicine to start working?? And when will my teeth pain and temple pain go away

Sinusitis can be treated by nasal washing.
Medications such as decongestant, penicillin antibiotic, steroid, cough medicines also help.
