Nov 3rd started day off with severe virtigo. could not even turn my head in bed with out my eyes acting like a pingball game. could not stand, move my eyes or head. started vomiting later that night; possibly bad pizza previous night. vomiting stopped in 2 hrs. Emergency gave me antibiotics and nose spray. Didn t help much. BETAHISTINE 16mg(only last 2 hrs). Vertigo continued. except- sciatic pain was now gone. felling has now returned to big toe. was treated for possible sinus infec from the vomitting. Along with the spins I am also smelling cigerette smoke everywhere. No fever, no nausea, bowels, urine, fine. Have had issues with my ears/sinuses since I was born but never vertigo. Any ideas?
