ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello & welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Paracetamol for pain &
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination .

I would also advice do investigation like Diagnostic nasal endoscopy from your ENT specialist.

Here my suggestion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination, necessary investigations and treatment.
Regards.
