General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the symptoms may be a progression of your illness.

Coughing is not uncommon in sinus infections because of the associated mucus dripping to the back of the throat.

Persistent coughing would strain the muscles of the chest and cause pain and the bruised feeling that you are experiencing.
Fatigue would accompany any acute illness.

An allergic reaction to a medication most commonly presents with a rash.

You can consider adding a cough suppressant and decongestant (to reduce secretions to the throat) to help with the coughing.

I hope this helps
