Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Decapeptyl SR Injection

I am 35 years old, went through a laparoscopy for endometriosis in January, was given Decapeptyl injection afterwords for four months till April, I was given last injection on April 22, I haven t started my periods yet, consulted doctors and they advised medicines to induce periods. I am just confused as to I should wait for my periods or I should induce it via medicine, after Decapeptyl, I had gained weight, I was irritated all the time, had memory loss and am half bald now. I just want to be sure of inducing something artificially .

Hi,

Medications for complex hormonal conditions are by prescription only and have doctors orders attached to them. Having hormones under a less artificial pattern usually makes things work better. There is going to be a trade-off between endometriosis symptoms and the drug effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
