Suggest Treatment For Severe Vomiting , Nausea And Pelvic Pain

I have a coworker complains of stomach pain sometimes on one side of her pelvic or the other side usually a couple of weeks after menstruation, followed by nausea/vomiting I suggested you is probable feeling her ovulation, I entered the rest room after she went out and noticed a strong urine smell, wasn t foul just strong,,we spoke about her periods and she did say they were heavy and lots of clotting..endomitious ??

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Noted she has pelvic and stomach pain after menstruation...

Here vomitting and bleeding also present.
First get your urine examined for pus cells.
USG also done.
These will help in ruling out pelvic inflammatory disease....

Second here endometriosis also can lead such present.means presence of endometrial tissue outside uterus.

Finally uterine fibroid and ovarian cyst ruled out by USG ....

So these gynecological cause ruled out first
Then if no such cause found then pain might be by enteritis like infection....
