Suggest Treatment For Severe Vaginal Pain During Pregnancy
hi im Ashley I am almost 5 months pregnant I have been having a lot of a lot of pain in vaginal area due to stretching going on ive noticed this mourning I have what might look like a busted blood vessel on my right side of vaginal lip I know I do not have any stds but could this be a busted blood vessel

I have read your query & understand your concern.
The pain & selling on your vaginal lip, seems to be a Bartholin's gland inflammation / abscess. Bartholin glands are present on both side of vaginal lip, may get blocked bartholin tubes to form a cyst- this gets infected to cause pain, swelling, some times fever.
* Foment it by warm water / Keep it clean/ consult your treating obstetrician for antibiotics, anti inflammatory drugs as per need. Some times surgical drainage is done.
