Suggest Treatment For Severe Pelvic Pain During Menstruation

My daughter is 18 and never had sex. She is having a lot of pelvic pain on the first day of her period. She gets nausous and about passes out from the pain. Could it be a overran cyst? I m taking her to see a Doctor, but wanted to ask on here first.
