Suggest Treatment For Severe Nerve Pain In Spine And Fever

Hello I have been experiencing severe nerve pain in my spine for 2 months. My surgeon says its due to some problems I have with my spinal cord and a slipped vertebrae however I had 2 epidurals (one usually works) and this time they didn t work. This week I started getting fevers of 99-100 (3 xs this week) and Ive also had low appetite for weeks. Could these two things be related? infection? I have no other flu like symptoms at all

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, fever may no be due to spinal degenerative disease but this could be due to infection and epidural shot need to be ruled out, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
