Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

I have been seeing a Chiropractor because I have had neck pain. Now my pain is worse than ever and my pain is not only in my neck now, it is also in my upper back and today my upper right arm is hurting really bad when I move it. I can t turn my neck around more than 45 degrees without pain.
