General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your child should be examined and evaluated through investigations like.....
-Rhinoscopy nose examination for dilated vessels like in telengiectasia or looking for hypertrophied turbinate
-CBC with HB estimation
-PT and APTT
-BT means bleeding time

According to cause further specific treatment can be given

If BT abnormal than platelet count done and cause for that ruled out

Vitamin C deficiency also can lead bleeding

So consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and subsequent work up
