Hi, I have polycystic ovaries syndrome and didn t have a period in over 2 years until 3 months ago. Anyway, I am on the contraceptive pill now the one with the little green foil packet & for the past 10 days or so I m not due on my period but I ve been noticing like red/Brown blood more brown when I wipe& for the last 2 days I ve had cramps in my lower tummy just above my vagina & it s starting to hurt / burn when I wee but only at the end and my bladder always feels full. Can you help please?
