Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

Hello yes I am struggling with really low back pain, so ething really bad happened about 3 years age I was in excrusiating pain for months, and its never been right since, my back looks slightly discoloured. Either side of lower spine! can you help with diagnosis, thank you.

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Lower Back pain has the following differentials
1.Bulging intervertebral disc
2. Ankylosing spondylitis
In order to reach at the diagnosis it needs workup.
MRI lumbosacral spine, RA factor, CRP, ESR, Full blood count.
I would suggest you to do the above investigations.
Take advi or Mortin with two glasses of water
to relieve your backache.
Do regular aerobic excersize thirty minute a day five times a week. Also do back muscle strengthening Excersizes. Avoid heavy weight lifting. Keep your posture straight during sleep by sleeping on hard surface.
