Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain Caused Due To Cervical Lumbar Spondylosis

Dr good morning. With MRI results, I was diagnosed with multiple disc bulges with one compressing a nerve..this causes excruciating pain to me in the lower back,Drs say its cervical thoracic lumbar spondylosis...I never had an accident. what can I do to ease this painplease?

Hi,
If you are elderly then this problem is common.
You might require,
Physiotherapy cervical and lumbo sacral region,
Short way diathermy and if requuire,
Cervical and lumbar traction.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and discuss about this.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements,
Take B1, B^, B12 supplements.
Ok and take care.
