Suggest Treatment For Persistent Back Pain

I am 5 6 and weigh 170 lbs. I had this back pain three weeks ago and the impression of my test of my X-Ray is Lumbar spondylosis, no spondylolisthesis or fracture. What foods, beverages not good to take and what is the best treatment to be done. Appreciate your advise. Thanks.
