Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain

I am having severe leg pain. I have been in physical therapy for a month 3 times weekly, and it s been extended for another month, twice weekly, one pool, one gym. Weakness in legs is improving, however, the pain hasn t. Lyrica was helping but not lately. The pain is somewhat intermittent in severity but it s always there. Leg pain is usually from knees down, across the shins and calves. Knee joints sometimes stiff. X-ray showed some arthritis. MRI and ultrasound showed nothing, nor blood tests, according to my doctor. I am a 77 year old female, and except for this, I m otherwise healthy. Oh, I even tried acupuncture 3 times and he thinks I have severe inflammation of tissue. Needless to say, it didn t help either. I m at my wits end. Where do I turn? Oh, if that s not enough, I have this cotton mouth, and cracked corners of my mouth. Cortisone helped a month ago but now it s back again. The prescribed cream isn t helping that either!!
