Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain
My husband has been experiencing last 4 months knee pains. at times its inside..now outside.. He has high blood pressure( takes meds for it) and borderline diabetic. About 5 months ago he pulled his manhoodness... He is in constant leg pain ..elevating, hot shower is not reducing his pain.

I have studied your case and I think that you are having knee arthritis. This is causing grinding sound and pain.I would recommend you to get x ray of the knee joint. if there is stage 1 or 2 arthritis than you need to do physiotherapy and life style modification.
If there is grade 3 to 4 than you might need a surgery. You can send your knee x ray to me for better advise.
